The products offered are menstrual heating belts for personal use. Each product is described with its essential characteristics on the product page. Photographs are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in AED (UAE Dirhams). Lunéa™ reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The price charged is the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Order

Your order is confirmed after our team contacts you by WhatsApp to verify your delivery details. You will receive a confirmation message before dispatch.

5. Payment

Payment is made in cash (AED) upon delivery of your order. No credit card or advance payment is required — Cash on Delivery only.

6. Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation. Delivery across the UAE takes 24 to 48 hours. Free delivery on all orders.

7. Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of receipt. If you are not satisfied, contact us at luneaproplus@gmail.com to arrange a return.

8. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product.

9. Liability

Lunéa™ shall not be liable for indirect damages related to the use of its products. The product is intended for adult use and does not replace medical advice.

10. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. Any unresolved dispute shall be subject to UAE law and the jurisdiction of competent UAE courts.
