- You pay in cash (AED) when the order arrives at your door
- Please have the exact amount ready: AED 139 (single) or AED 199 (duo)

Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To start a return:
- Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- We arrange a free pickup — no need to go anywhere
- Refund or exchange processed within 3–5 business days
